Any comments, ideas, consultations, counseling sessions, and services provided by Adam Sanders, PhD do not constitute or involve any kind of medical diagnosis, medical treatment, mental therapy, psychotherapy, psychoanalysis, or psychological care.

Philosophical consultations are not a substitute for mental healthcare, and you will continue to consult and follow your medical and mental healthcare providers.

Philosophical consulting is an unregulated industry, and Adam Sanders, PhD is not licensed by any state. You also acknowledge and understand that for all legal purposes, the services provided by Adam Sanders, PhD will be considered to be provided in the State of California.

As a client of Epistemically and Adam Sanders, PhD, you are responsible for your own well-being, actions, and decisions.

The services provided by Adam Sanders, PhD do not guarantee any specific outcomes or results.

All comments and ideas offered by Adam Sanders, PhD are solely for the purpose of aiding clients in achieving their defined goals and inquiries.

Clients of these services have the ability to give informed consent, and hereby give such consent to Adam Sanders, PhD to assist them in achieving their goals.

All information provided will be confidential unless it involves harming yourself or others. Information may need to be shared with others in cases where Adam Sanders, PhD is required to testify in court or other legal proceedings.

The use of technology is not always secure, and you accept the risk of confidentiality in the use of email, text, phone, Skype and other utilized technologies.

You understand and acknowledge that, if you are suffering from any medical or mental disorder, then you should seek out help from a licensed healthcare provider.

The philosophical consultation services provided by Adam Sanders, PhD will not diagnose, treat, cure, or provide any services for neurodevelopmental disorders, psychotic disorders, bipolar and depressive disorders, persistent anxiety disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorders, trauma and stress disorders, dissociative disorders, somatic symptom disorders, feeding and eating disorders, sexual disfunction, substance abuse, sleep-wake disorders, personality disorders, PTSD, neurocognitive disorders, paraphilias, and disruptive, impulse-control and conduct disorders.

I hereby release, waive, acquit and forever discharge Adam Sanders, any agents, successors, assigns, personal representatives, executors, heirs and employees from every claim, suit action, demand or right to compensation for damages I may claim to have or that I may have arising out of acts or omissions by myself or by Adam Sanders as a result of the advice given by Adam Sanders or otherwise resulting from the philosophical consulting and coaching relationship contemplated by this agreement. I further declare and represent that no promise, inducement or agreement not expressed in this agreement has been made to me to acknowledge and accept this agreement. This agreement shall bind my heirs, executors, personal representatives, successors, assigns, and agents.
